Caroline Mohr Sunshine (born September 5, 1995) is an American republican press secretary and former actress and singer, who previously worked as a White House staffer during the Donald Trump administration.
As an actress, she is best known for her co-starring role as flashy, rude European exchange student Tinka Hessenheffer on the Disney Channel series Shake It Up. When Phil and Debbie Winslow relocate from their native Kansas to the sunny climes of Orange County, their big-hearted, havoc-wreaking Great Dane gets a taste of the dog's life, California-style.
