Biography
Michael H. Weber is an American screenwriter and producer from New York.
He and his writing partner Scott Neustadter have written the original screenplays for the films 500 Days of Summer (2009) and The Pink Panther 2 (2009). They also wrote the screenplays for The Spectacular Now (2013), based on the novel by Tim Tharp; The Fault in Our Stars (2014), based on the best-selling novel by John Green; and Paper Towns (2015), based on another novel by Green.
They also created the sitcom Friends with Benefits, which lasted one season.
An aspiring actor in Hollywood meets an enigmatic stranger by the name of Tommy Wiseau, the meeting leads the actor down a path nobody could have predicted; creating the worst movie ever made.
